“We had a great stay at Woody's! Everything was great! The host was welcoming and the property was well appointed. Close to snowmobile trails as well!”

“We had a spacious King room with sofa; balcony Lake view. It was comfortable and clean. They had a mini fridge and every morning each floor from 7am-11am had free coffee/tea by the elevators. If you miss that time frame you could go to the restaurant and ask for some for free. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay with excellent staff and a great view. Would definitely stay again.”

“This was a last minute 2 day, one overnight trip, so available accommodations were scarce. The price and location were the deciding factors, so went with that. The property is ages; could look past the initial cleanliness, unfortunately there was a plumbing issue that occurred that impacted part of the building that we in. We discovered this when returning from a night out and walked into overflowed toilet with sewage remnants. The staff was apologetic and reimbursed the stay. It was……

“Shame on Clarion Hotels for neglecting this waterfront property and letting it become a sad, shabby, not inexpensive, hotel. The room phone was broken, the room safe didn’t work, room keys didn’t work, the room was poorly lit, and the bathroom was yuck. The staff was friendly, though our room across from the housekeeping area was loud with staff arguing or having conversation. The restaurant was fine. The only thing edible at the free breakfast offered by the hotel, was a tiny yogurt.”

“Clean room, Nice bathroom and shower. However, the breakfast had much to be desired. The choices of food were very limited. The only hot food option was a Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwich with some of the worst sausage I've ever eaten. Not a good start to our day.”

“Everything was great in the cabin. The host was excellent. The only drawback was there is no driveway to the cabin, you must carry your things to and from accross the grass (the yard) and when it is wet you get grass all over your shoes and your car and the cabin floor apon entry. It is quite a long way to carry all of your traveling stuff. Other than that it was very cozy.”
