Air-condition was well maintained All staff members were very courteous and helpful. Especially Fanny, who was most informed about the island and very helpful and pleasant. Lia (Resort Host), Kristal (Event Coordinator Manager),Tyeisha (Check In), Katelyn (Bar Tender), Brandon (Red Hospitality Transportation), and a host of other staff members were fantastic!! They made our 25th wedding anniversary perfect. There were so many hiccups with our flight that caused a domino effect of issues, but the staff 100% fixed all issues that arose. The room, grounds, restaurants, staff, and lobby were superb. The private beach was clean, and relaxing. We also had access to the Westin hotel next door with free shuttle to and from. I will definitely be back with my family. Keep doing a great job Buoy Haus!! Thank you so much for all that you did to make our Silver Jubilee a memorable one. "
