"The location of the hotel is great, in a more quiet part of the fifth street, very close to good restaurants and beach. The staff is generally great, except for the breakfast team. Unfortunately the breakfast is not great at all, very limited, and the breakfast staff is flat-out rude and have no standards for service. Would not recommend to pay extra for daily breakfast, the hotel should focus more on the rooms and guest service instead of trying to upsell breakfast, if this is not a priority."

"Was checked in after going to the other hotel very confused because both have similar name web page is same . This bigger hotel has no hot water and more noise at night then the smaller one on 5 th . I like the smaller cleaner has hot water . "

"Decent hotel with the great location. It’s just 7 minutes walk from the ferry to Playa. We had big room with comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel and don’t think twice to stay here again "

"We were so excited to arrive to this beautiful, authentic, and welcoming resort. This was our first time visiting, everyone was very friendly. Our room was perfect hot water, cool temps, fresh sheets. HUGE SHOUT OUT to Paulino and Randy. Leaving this great resort was heartbreaking as these two took such great care of us!! I never once felt pressured to tip anyone and they were over the moon grateful when we did! The staff went over and beyond to ensure our comfortability and to accommodate us....

"Este hotel es muy bueno ea un hotel con las 3b. Aparte que las habitaciones es como si estuvieras en tu propio condo y el precio es increiblemente bueno. Tambien esta contiguo a la 5ta avenida y tienes la playa a pasos. El parqueo es first come firat served perp esta preciosisimo! Me fascina y el desayuno esta incluido lo cual es un plus. "

"We had a great time. The lunch buffet was kind of limited but everything was good. The Italian and Mexican restaurants were great. Thanks Sarai for the Marquesitas! The drinks were OK. The house wine was great. The pool and beach were wonderful. But most of all the staff was excellent! There was a little crowd that made our stay really special... Thanks Roberto for the warm welcome and special care. Thanks Jorge (he prepared something special for me because I am allergic to Pineapple). Oscar...
