“We stayed 7 nights. The housecleaning never went to clean or change towels. I asked at the front desk but they still never went. The last day of our stay the housecleaning went. Well but too late. We were leaving. We only got to the hotel one day after because our flight got canceled so I asked the front desk girl to give us a break and give the money back for the night we weren’t there. “The resort was very nice! The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good just wish they had other meat options as I don’t eat pork, the pool was lovely and the beach is beautiful (some seaweed but not bad). The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable . My only complaint is that there was a mildew like smell in our rooms not sure if it was the carpet or what other than that we enjoyed our stay”

“The staff was very nice. Our room was large. The water in the shower never got warm the entire 4 days we were there. I will add , we chose not to complain about it since there was an ongoing water shortage on the island and we didn’t want to seem ungrateful… lol The bar on site was closed the entire 4 days we stayed ( Aug 21st-24th) a tad disappointed with that.
