“Parking and finding the lobby was confusing we expected bigger signs. I tried checking in 3 times each time my room wasn’t ready we finally got a room around 5:30-6pm. One staff member was great the other seemed overwhelmed/stressed and made us feel not welcome/ annoyed with us the way we were talked to just because i booked a wheelchair room through a 3rd party so she couldn’t change my booking but i didn’t want to change i booked that room because i had a family member in a wheelchair. “Very disappointed. The hotel was extremely clean but could not get maid service on the second night after three requests. They had no clean towels untill 8PM. The shades would not go down and they would not fix them. Pool and fitness center were not very nice at all. When I asked to change rooms, they told me that I would have the pack up, come down with my luggage, check out and then check back in. Expensive property for what you get. Could have stayed at a less expensive hotel and got……
