"Breakfast is amazing. Great Chef staff. Omelets are made to order and are fantastic. Front desk staff are very helpful and professional. From Somone to Robert they are a great asset to the company. The bartender Nate, although new manager to the company was a fantastic person to deal with. The breakfast clean up staff feel cheated if you clean your table without their help. This is a fantastic place to stay. Thank you to all the staff that we did not get their names. We will next time."

"The hot tub was not working for entire day, which is why we chose that hotel to stay at. So we were unable to even use it. The breakfast we utilized both days but they were out of most things at 9 AM. When breakfast went till 10 AM they were shortstaffed. We reserved two queens and when we arrived on Friday, they said we didn’t have any rooms available that were two clean so we got a King Sweet. My daughter is an athlete and we get two queen beds for a reason she does not sleep well on a pullout. So we had to take the king room and when I requested an additional blanket and a pillow, they said we don’t have enough pillows and we’re unable to accommodate. That was ridiculous. I was very unhappy with this day for the money that we paid. Usually Hampton ends are our favorite, but this one was a disappointment for sure."

"The staff was great and friendly, but the rooms do seem a little bit older. Housekeeping stopped by our room the first day, but we had not left yet, so we declined them to come. I was surprised that while we were out the second day, they did not bother with our room. Also, we wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub had filth all along the edges. We told the hotel staff and it was still filthy the next day. Overall, I thought the price we paid was way too much for the quality of the stay."

"My room was brushed over. The shower was dirty with hair in the drain, dirt on the floor. The carpet also had blond hair in places, I have brown. The hall carpets were very dirty, 4th floor hall carpet was filthy and stunk. The pool area is very nice, but floor areas were dirty. The staff was really good and helpful. This could be a nice hotel with modern decor in places, but the cleanliness has to be addressed! Hilton has a good name, but not here."
