"Great location, near the Meijer Gardens and easy to get to downtown Grand Rapids. Clean property, ample parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and great way to start the day. Appreciated the always available coffee, cold water, tea and cookies! Room was good size, bathroom also with sufficient towels and large counter. Nightlight in bathroom is great. AC unit is not too loud. Nice to have coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Plenty of outlets to charge phone, computer etc. Nice pool and hot tub and work out room has all the basic equipment. Overall would stay there again when visiting this area."

"Pros: Room was very clean. Breakfast was great. Above absteve I’d say. Very good variety of sweetners, milks,breads and sides. The staff kept the room clean all the time and the stations fullfilled until 9:30am. It really was a good surprise. Cons: the decor is a little outdated, so are the rooms, but even though it was really nice."

"Enjoyed our stay in the modern spacious room with comfortable King bed. Many nice places to eat within 5min walk. DeVos Place about 15min walk. Recommend check-in and offload luggage at main hotel entrance ... then park your vehicle. Note that Parking structure is around the block (behind hotel and not connected), the hotel will charge parking to your room (providing you check-in first). Breakfast not included, but hotel has decent restaurant."
