"We got off to a rough start when we checked in and discovered that our room was not properly cleaned (floors had garbage from past guests and bathroom was not cleaned/dirty toilet) but spoke to reception and it was quickly remedied. From that point on, the stay was wonderful. All of the staff were very friendly and happy to assist in any way possible. "This place was one of the best stays if not the best I have ever had in Puerto Rico. The owner was hands-on and was a wonderful and nice woman. They were very accomodating when my friends asked for a different room. It was not expensive and she offered a light breakfast with coffee, juices, cereal, hardboiled eggs, and fresh fruit in the morning."
