"PACIFICA- heaven on earth!"
We came to Cabo seeking sun and surf. We got soooo much more here. We started the day off with a gorgeous view of the ocean from our patio. (I think they all have them. ) Then we'd enjoy an outstanding breakfast with an ever attentive wait staff at Siempre. Some of those we were constantly impressed with: Jorge, Alan, daniela, Esmeralda, Delfino and Yesenia on the griddle. If you're not smiling when you leave her omelette station, go back to bed and try again. Amazing start to our day! We only ate lunch on the property once this week - but the excellent menu and service at the impressive Peninsula had me regretting leaving so many days. To my next point: there's no need to leave if you don't want to. This is luxury all day and night with someone to give you want to desire at any time. Just a little patience, and you'll be simmering in the sun Again- smiling inside and out.

This was a quick trip over a long weekend. The staff was great. The service was by far the best I've received. The bathtub - seriously! About 3 or 4 blocks to Cabo Wabo Cantina. Short walk to the marina. We had a great time!!

Our family loved it! Everything was wonderful, from our room upgrade, to the amenities and service, and of course the very friendly staff. The walk along the beach is beautiful, and the location of the resort is perfect. We will be returning next year!

"Clean Resort"
Upon check in you are greeted with a cocktail, everyone gets a towel key (they are very anal about the pool towels) so don't lose that towel key. When you walk into your room the bar has 4 bottles ready for you to start drinking. They mean when they say All inclusive. They have a few pools. the ones at the center of the resort are to relax, drink, play a game of Volleyball. The pools by the beach are the "fun" pools. They have a few restaurants that open at 6 pm daily that have a variety of different food. The posole was my favorite. The concierge was helpful and helped us plan our excursions. The security there I have mixed feelings about. The beach is right by the "fun" pool. You can lay out and take pictures at the beginning of the water. They have tons of vendors there. Over all I would stay there again or try Riu Palace as it is right next door.

"Very nice hotel, it is well managed. "
The hotel is lovely and very photogenic. You cannot say enough about the staff. A lot of hotels are nicely built, furnished, decorated and scenic but you might not have a good staff to work there. That is not the story here. The staff is superb. Even though President Trump talks badly about the Mexican people they treat Americans with respect here. The food is great, and the drinks are great (top shelf liquor if you want). Starting with the lobby, beautiful, check in was a breeze. Ana, the concierge, Ivan and Oscar, Stephania are wonderful. Joel and Luis at the bar are great. Alma, Liliana, Stefne, Jorge, Jose, Tania, Maria, and Sagid are the best at the restaurant. Rene, Marko, and Carmen at the pool food place will serve you well. The maid service is exceptional. Really there are so many more to mention but go there you will be spoiled.
