Gorgeous one bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in the heart of the Old City, Knoxville
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (46)
"We loved staying in this apartment in The Old City. We walked everywhere we went. We parked 2 blocks away in a free parking area. Train tracks right behind the property didn't bother us at all. It was a unique experience. Got to tell my wife "since we're up"... Restaurants in the area were great. We will come back to Knoxville and would definitely stay at this beautiful place!"

"I have many good things to say about the property. My son and I were in town for two nights attending one of the Jeep related activities in Townsend. The condo is fresh and feels new even though it is about 5 years old. The furnishings look great and are comfortable. The condo is very spacious and is generally well equipped. While we didn't use it, there is a nice covered patio facing the tree line behind the building. Granted we are staying in the off season, the complex was extremely quiet in...

"Very comfy. This place had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Loved the cute screened in back porch. Very private and safe. I was running a race that was 3 miles away, so this was very convenient. Host personally emailed me and followed up with my questions. "

Farmhouse Loft Retreat

"We booked a trip to Knoxville to settle our son in for a college internship which unfortunately did not end up working out. We stayed at the farmhouse loft and it was absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect, the place was very clean. The owners put so much detail into it. It is more than well equipped with the most thoughtful touches, down to the welcome message on the board in the living area. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for your hospitality!"

"The stay was awesome but the door code didn’t work. Finally got ahold of the manager to change it. Took 5 times of changing the door code to finally get it to finally work. Cozy Smoky Mtn Retreat on River w/ Fire Pit & Deck

"We enjoying this little nugget of a place. Located directly on the Little River, we sat on the porch with a blanket most of our first morning listening to the river and the rain. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Don't forget to visit the Little River Pub & Deli next door for some seriously good sandwiches and a great assortment of local beers."

⋆Modern Old City Loft w/ View of Sunsphere⋆
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (25)
"Overall, we had a good experience. We have a family of 5, and the property states it sleeps 6. However, this was a very tight squeeze. There are only two beds and an air mattress. The space does not fit an air mattress comfortably without moving furniture around. I think 4 is a more realistic number but crowded beyond that. There is minimal seating for hanging out in the living space. Both nights there were train whistles blowing multiple times, and although noise machines were in both rooms,...
