The room on the 14th floor was surprisingly quiet. - Some minor issues - parking is across the street with accessibility issues. The breakfast was only available with wait list for hotel guests - same issue for room service (“45 min wait” on a Saturday at 9 am). "I would recommend vacuuming restaurant floor and wiping off hvac vents there too. Staff was awesome. Pool could’ve been a bit cleaner but nice. We enjoyed hot tub, pantry, pool, and walking path, river plus overall location. I would stay there again. "
