“The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”

“原本就可以理解房間會很小，所以不易外，而且行李箱還有空間打開，所以大小可接受。但是床很難睡，感覺得到中間有一條不平整的塌陷，睡得腰酸背痛 房間乾淨度也有待加強 我是住地下室，窗戶打開是別的房間走道，只要有人經過，聲音就像沒有隔間班清楚，還好我很好睡，不然很容易被吵醒”

“the lower level room is actually at basement level, suffering from the vibration and noise from the old london underground metro and affecting sleep. the normal rooms are smaller ”

“I booked 3-single-bed room, and Hotel.Com also confirm my booking, but they only assign me a double bed + single bed room, it's total different, because we have 3 adult stay in one room， the room is also very hot only have a small fan. Anyway, it's a very bad experience”

“Location was excellent, just 1-2mins walk from the station. It was newly renovated with a lift which we could handle our luggage with ease. We had a privilege to enjoy the city vibe from our room all night long, starting from midnight with crowds chatting and shouting, till dawn with workers cleaning the road and clearing trash. You could just hear everything outside by staying in your bed, which woke us up from time to time. Wouldn’t be my first choice if I wanted to have a nice sleep to……

“Arrived London early at 8 am am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning. While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet. Wish……
