"This was honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First of all, we were charged an extra £20 just to check in at 2:00 PM, which is completely unreasonable. The room itself was extremely small, dirty, and had a terrible smell, like sewage. There was no housekeeping service at all — during our five-day stay, no one came to clean the room even once. Basic necessities were missing: there was no toilet brush, no toilet paper, only one towel for two people, and just one blanket for two separate beds. On top of that, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. The reception staff were also very unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the whole experience even worse. Overall, this was truly the worst hotel experience of my life. It is unbelievable that they charge this price for such a poor and unacceptable level of service."
