“The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.”

“My husband and I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. We stayed for just one night but were very satisfied with our room and the amenities the hotel had to offer. The onsite restaurant and buffet were extremely convenient and satisfying. The young lady that assisted us with check in was very polite and accommodating. The hotel is our first choice from here on out when we need a place to stay in Phoenix.”

“飯店最大的優點我覺得就是可以讓寵物寶貝一起入住，最大的缺點應該就是電子門鎖的系統了，不太好用。”

“Room was super clean and fancy. The staff was super helpful especially the check in staff, they were fast and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.”
