“Lovely area.”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and sanitary, the service staff is very warm, is willing to provide all kinds of help, breakfast is abundant. The facilities are very humanized, the network high-speed signal is good, the scenery outside the window is good. The design of the room decoration is also very distinctive. Cost performance is good, the next check in”

“The Inn was quiet, convenient and offered excellent food.”

“I don’t like this place. They are friendly but I don’t like it. ”

“The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unexpected since the hotel is advertised as smoke-free. Additionally, both the bathtub and the sink were clogged, making the stay less comfortable than expected.”

“Clean and simple accommodations. Great for a quick overnight!”

“The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still……

“Best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. The breakfast attendant kept items well stocked. She made sure that vacated tables were cleaned and ready for the next guests to enjoy their meal. The room was kept very clean. I really enjoyed the fresh pancakes that were made to order by a pancake machine! Also, the pool and hot tub were great. The area was kept clean and towels were well stocked. Our room was also very spacious and immaculate.”

“Quaint and comfortable stay for our one night in the most adorable town of Shelburne Falls. A walk to the river and the bridge of flowers at sunset gave us the most beautiful pictures. Owner was kind and helpful. We stayed here while my son biked at Thunder Mountain-a quick easy 10 min drive away and would stay again.”

“ok for a night. coffee maker didn't work, ac so so and the breakfast minimal. nearby breakfast joint sucked. will not stay again.”

“The door handle and door mechanism in my room was covered in dust. The door to the bathroom had a hard time closing because it was warped. There was a large stain on the rug. There was a spider on the curtains. I left after one night of a two night stay.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and having a stove and refrigerator along with a separate living/dining room was a definite plus. The 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby was another perk, as were the hot tub and large (albeit shallow) pool. The setting is lovely, in a wooded area off from the road and in a convenient location to all of the sites. We visited Stockbridge, Lee, Lenox, Great Barrington, North Adams, Williamstown, and……

“I usually stay here and yes staff are nice and rooms are decent but I’ve seen a decline in amenities. Maybe the expense of things - bathrobe in room, water and snacks were what I was used to seeing .in the room.”
