Regular hotel, terrible beach

The staff are very nice, but the hotel need maintenace in all aspects, the pool not was cleaned; about Expedia I did not recived the better attention on my departure to go the aerport

Beautiful hotel

Its was beauty all over the hotel area. They mantain everything clean. I like the main pool they have everything close food, beverage, fun activities.

My family enjoy a lot. They enjoy the activities at the main pool abd the night shows.

Nice hotel

Its a nice hotel. Friendly staff. The first room that they gave me has a very high bathtub entry and the air condition was bad. I call to change it and they did it.

Great food and location

Staff was not the friendliest upon checking in especially if you arrive late. Arrived at 1am moved rooms twice due to AC not working. if you book as a group expect to stay far apart from each other even if they send you a e-mail that you will be together. Building 1,2,3, are very hot. Food was great resort very clean and centerized to parks. Internet not the greatest even if you purchase it.

Big Resort

Was a nice hotel, great food and variety of restaurants. Room was nice and clean and had great cold air. Only complaint was the noise in the morning, but that was due to other vacationers not hotel. Was nothing to absorb the noise in the hall ways. Awesome wild life through out. Was a great time.

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Overall we had a great time. There was a few minor things that could be improved. It was hot almost everywhere we went including our room and the air conditioning was not that great. The hotel does not offer currency exchange if you want to change back your pesos to USD. And I think the formal restraunts should allow shorts, if your wearing a polo or a nice shirt and your wearing nice shorts. We didn't get to eat in 3 out of 6 restraunts because we expected it to be hot in Mexico so my boyfriend didn't bring long pants. And if you are looking to see clear ocean water this is not the place! Otherwise it was a nice hotel. They did towel art every day, the pool was nice and cleaned daily, most of the staff was very friendly, rooms were cleaned daily, the tiki bar was great, we really enjoyed our time here.

Beach was awful and no free activities

No one warned us that the beach was absolutely disgusting before we booked the hotel. There were seaweed and debris spread ALL over and it was brown and gross. Also, every single fun activity costed money. So no, everyone, nothing is really included, even though they say snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, etc. is. AND THERE IS NO SWIM UP BAR. On a brighter note, if anyone has the opportunity to go on a snorkeling excursion (costs about $89 per person) or the Chichen Itza ruins excursion (about $239 per person---ridiculous price in my opinion), I would highly recommend. Your tour will be amazing if you have Cesar as your guide. Also, if you go sailing, get on the guy's good side because he will take you to another resort to go swimming in a nice ocean and natural cenotes that our resort didn't have to offer. Overall, don't stay here guys. Not worth it.

Wouldn't come back

Rooms are outdated, food is not that good. Definitely not a 4 star resort.
