Excellent Resort with awesome amenitiesPosted Oct 7, 2015
I just got home yesterday and had an amazing time! The resort is very large with so many things to do. The restaurants were very good, as was service there. The pools were beautiful and just what we needed when the sun was at it hottest. The beach was great and the seaweed wasn't bad at all when we were there. So many activities to join in on as they're doing something every couple of hours. The entertainment staff is great!! I'm so impressed with everything that I'll be returning in January! Can't wait!

Beautiful hotel near beachPosted Oct 7, 2015
Loved almost everything about this hotel. The food was awesome! The rooms were beautiful. No musty smell! Didn't have any timeshare people bother us. Lots of restaurants to choose from and no reservations needed which I liked. The pools were clean and always had enough chairs. The only things I feel need improvement is the juice in drinks. It tastes like aspartame and more like a juice drink. The other thing is the service in the restaurants is VERY slow. Other than that, it was great and I will return

Perfect destination for a familyPosted Oct 6, 2015
Pros: Clean hotel building and grounds, perfect maintenance of the buildings, Great entertaining staff
Cons: The resturant's "NO Flip-Flops or plastic shoes" policy was annoying and also need more buffet style restaurants, instead of "A la Carte" ones.
Location: Convenient location, only 25 minutes away from Cancun. Not too much things to go nearby because you are in the resort but you can have many excursions
Third visit for us in Riviera Maya and I can say, the most pleasent one. Used with the old, musty room smell, little insects in the bathroom or geyko looking at you from the ceiling, we have a big suprize with this hotel looking like a brand new one, with very clean large rooms, A/C and dehumidifiers in every room. Any problem we had, the staff fixed it right away. The only two things that were not so great, until you get used to, are the seaweeds on the beach, but I undersand this was the case for all the Riviera Maya this year in particular, otherwise they keep the beautiful beach clean all the time, and, the "No Flip-Flop or plastic shoes" policy at restaurant. I totally understand to not come in bathing suit or wet, but flip-flops? Come on! Another thing I need to add is the amazing entertaining team, I am not going to name anyone because all of them are amazing and also the extrordinary dancers that performs evey night in different shows, for everybody's taste. Great shows, great dancers! I also need to add many thanks to Kid's club ladys, Liz, Mara, Abby who take care of the little ones so good, so they asked us to go there every single day!

Ocean Corral TequesaPosted Oct 4, 2015
Cons: The water View, the water had alot of Seaweed on arrival, but the hotel was out every morning to clean the beach, I would have liked to see teal blue
Location: kinda secluded from things but there are plenty of taxis and busses to travel to other places

Not Bad, Not GreatPosted Oct 4, 2015
The hotel itself is decent. Clean facilities and bar staff is great. Alba at the pool by building 17 was awesome! The rooms are just ok. We paid extra for the deluxe ocean view but got the same room as our friends who paid a couple hundred less. They had better housekeeping than we did so there are some inconsistencies there. The food was ok. Nothing special. Even with the restaurants, we were tired of it all by the last day. The H10 timeshare pitch kind of turned us off this hotel. So beware of that as well. Overall this hotel isn't bad but we would not return.

Big resort with friendly staff and cleanPosted Oct 4, 2015
This is a very nice hotel if your intention is to be there in an all inclusive holidays. The most difficult decisions to make are what restaurant to eat on or if to go if to go to the beach or the pool. The buffet restaurant is very big and it has other many restaurants to choose from. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. All the prices are in dollars (which is a bit annoying for me as I'm Mexican and I was expecting pesos). If you are coming from Englad or Europe, I'd suggest to ask to be charge in pesos (as the conversion rate to pesos is better). Activities were really nice and even one day that rained, they organise a bunch of stuf in the massive lobby. Highly recommended

Fun resort! Great StaffPosted Oct 2, 2015
Pros: Activities, outside DJ at night was fun, a foam party is unbelievably fun! The food was good!
Cons: I would suggest updating the rooms and taking the ceiling fan off the motion censors.
Location: We stayed at the resort because it was a short trip.
The resort had quiet pool, activity pool, and a loud pool. Something for everyone! The food was good for an all-inclusive, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little dated but they are clean and in Mexico why be in the room! I would definitely go back to this hotel again!

You can never challenge its managementPosted Oct 1, 2015
Pros: restaurant staffs are friendly.
Cons: there is a cockroach dead body everywhere and there is one cockroach dead body at our building's staircase for 3 nights and no one cleaned it.
you can never challenge its management because it has NONE! The worst cancun resort stay ever! I dont even know where to start. We were newlywed, and we saw it said free upgrade for honeymoon, we even called expedia and expedia transfer us to the hotel, and ask if we can get a upgraded room for our honeymoon stay, and do we have to bring any certificate to prove that we were newlywed, and they said free upgraded room no certificate needed. On the arrival, we told them we are here for honeymoon, we kindly asked if we can get a room upgrade and they gave us hard time and said all the free upgrade is based on the hotel's availability which is fine. Because at that time, our honeymoon mood already got ruined so whatever, we take whatever king size bedroom that is not on the ground floor. When we opened our door, it's a two beds room! Are you kidding me? we were at the front desk for an hour and try to tell you that we are here for honeymoon and you gave us a two beds room!? We called to front desk, and they held my call forever, so i decided to head back to the front desk and they said they have a room for us tomorrow. We spent so much time on checking in, by the time we settle ourselves, it's already dinner time. Reservations only 6:30(too early) 8:00 (only for privilege which means pay extra) 9:30 (too late). The next morning, we finally got our king size bed on third floor, but no honeymoon upgrade at all!!! We stayed at many all inclusive resort before, this one is the worst!
