"Nicely renovated motel with updated rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Motel offers cook to order breakfast on weekends with stay, which is a very nice addition. Far enough away from the main drag for quiet, but walking distance with public shuttle stops nearby. I would stay there again in the future."

"Clean and great location for accessing the smokies and other areas of Gatlinburg. Slightly dated but our river view room was nice. Enjoyed the fireplace and lodge style decor. My kids enjoyed cooling off in the small pool area. For the location it was worth it."

We were able to easily walk to the busy downtown area of Gatlinburg. The attached Heirloom Room restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner, highly recommend. Very nice little boutique hotel, if we head back to Gatlinburg, this is where we will be staying."

"The hotel was in a great location. We hiked the Twin Creeks Trail the first day there which was just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was just a short walk from the shops in downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to feel like you were away from the busyness of downtown. Also, great staff!"
