"I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious and super clean with a nice view and the location is perfect. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff - someone was available for late check-in as well as via text when I had questions. When we decided to extend our stay by a day due to the weather, adding an extra night was no trouble at all. We can’t wait to stay here again!"

"During our stay there was a big snow storm (14”!). The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests and make sure things ran as normal as possible. Many stayed all weekend at the hotel just to keep things running. It was a wonderful experience. This was our second stay in two years and has officially become our go-to resort in Gatlinburg! "

"The room was clean and cozy. We had the room with the fireplace. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient and close to restaurants and shops. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. Lobby is inviting with the fireplace. Great place for a getaway in the mountains. "
