“Great stay!”

“This is a very unique hotel, making it just a slight bit difficult to give a hard and fast rating.If the scale was 1 to 10, I would give it a nine.But on a scale of 1 to 5, I don't wish to deduct an entire point.So, here goes.The road over the Geiger Summit and into Virginia City is very beautiful and fun to drive.You will achieve an altitude of almost 6,800 feet.The main street in town is 'C' Street, and that is the road that Sugarloaf Mountain Motel is on.The motel has only a few rooms.But it……

“All staff members have no smiles.”

“Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room. ”

“ We stayed for just one night, checked out after breakfast, and it felt great. The room was clean, and the service attitude was also excellent.”

“Quite deplorable. The room was filthy. We had cockroaches and ants crawl up on us while sleeping. One of us woke up with two bites on the arm. The bathroom was dirty, the tub was dark with hair and the shower curtain was decaying. The chairs the room provided had brown and white stains on them. The room had a strange urine smell. The water was turned off several times during stay.”
