You can tell the resort is very well planned, thoughtfully designed, and maintained with great care. We stayed in room 2309 at Casa 2, and the cleanliness was a perfect 10/10—everything was spotless and very well maintained. We traveled to celebrate our son’s second birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it special for our family. A huge shoutout to Ivan, who took exceptional care of us and made sure every need was met. His attention and kindness really made our stay unforgettable. If you’re traveling with family, this is the perfect resort. It’s peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend—we will definitely be back!"

In my opinion, it fell far short of the other resorts in dining, the notorious, Mexican hospitality, and they truly never went out of their way once to make our accommodations memorable. We were promised things when we checked in, that were not taken care of. I would not stay here again, with all of the competition in the area… This resort needs to step up their game."
