“The villa is just off the road (highway) connecting west and east side of island. Enough out of town to make you feel like you're in the jungle. The birds and lizards are super cool too see and hear as you eat the breakfast made by the onsite chef and brought to your villa in the morning. The host was really great at getting us everything we needed such as rental car, ebikes, suggestions on the island and activities. The villa itself was so clean and with the a/c was very comfortable. “Great property. My only negative comments are the mosquitoes outside of the dome. But we kept the opening closed. The sheets were clean but dingy. I suggest you don't use those in the future.”

“Beautiful little jungle retreat very private. The breakfasts provided were excellent. Access to the private little pool area was wonderful. You will definitely need some kind of a vehicle or trans stay here it’s not within walking distance of anything”

“The Host(s) Mary and Jose are amazing and will make sure you have everything you need and will go the extra mile during your stay: Food Delivery, Ice Delivery, keep house clean ect.....Understand this....if you are going to stay here....you will need a Rental Car if you plan on seeing anything! Nearest town is Bacalar 30 minutes away! There is Nothing near you. The house pictures and accommodations are exactly what is portrayed! Beautiful and very relaxing!!!! “David was a great host. The private cenote is very nice and relaxing. The jungle cabin is very basic if that is what you are looking for, no option for cooking. We enjoyed being able to unplug for the night and listen to the monkeys and birds from the nearby sanctuary. ”
