“It was not a hotel. Please don’t call it hotel. I was asking about dining and parking, which would be irrelevant questions here. I wasn’t given instructions until I landed at a wrong address and had to make a phone call. After submitting required info I still didn’t get instructions until I made a phone call. Then over the phone I was asked to follow instructions and figure out how to get a key from an electronic locker in a different building than where the suite was. A lot of learning the hard……

“It was a marvelous experience not only in terms of place of stay but most importantly the courteous and guiding attitude of the staff we were dealing just virtually. It was like we are in personal interaction with them that is only aimed at facilitating us from every aspect. My family immigrated from Pakistan just couple of months ago and this was their first time in Toronto and stay here was like a treat for them. I will strongly refer them. ”
