“Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous ”

“Our room was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We loved the pool and ocean access, and lounging on the beach. The staff at Casa Altamar were the best we met on our 2 week trip to Mexico. They were so kind, accommodating and thoughtful. Tulum is a unique destination, with different "zones," each with their own vibe. Casa Altamar is north of the town center and "party" beach area. That means you get a quiet and secluded beach (huge plus!) It is a 15min drive to town if you want to explore……
