“The hot tub is out of service, which was actually a big deal for us. My husband has nerve damage and uses the hot tub to help with the pain of traveling. It along with room availability was the main reason we booked the room. The first night of the stay I woke from a dead sleep to the strong smell of cigarettes at 3 am and the smell stayed in our room for over an hour. When I called the front to report the problem, the reply was "oh great, that'll be fun to find"... Then at 7:45 am the entire……
