"1st is was listed as having air conditioning and it did not! Very hot with with an extremely low ceiling loft. You could not stand up straight in that bathroom. The basement they were remodeling! It had the 2nd full bath and it was dirty and had drywall dust everywhere the floor and fixtures. Asbestos was hanging down from the open ceiling..
