I also left my computer mouse tangled in the sheets, and the owner notified me so we could arrange to have it shipped to my home. That was very kind. Also, there was no extra $75 pet fee like hotels require for my 5-pound Yorkie to stay. Thank you!”

We received A LOT of automated messages about our stay, including regarding our snafu of not having a coffee filter/lack of coffee K cups, but no real solutions were offered, just platitudes. Place is clean, has good amenities, and it we were able to check in early for a fee. ”
