"The staff. Had wonderful thoughtful service once I entered the hotel. Ross was the first who helped and was very helpful in my checking process. Then Danielle which was so helpful in helping with my room a d made helpful ideas with my disability. Once I saw her I had remembered seeing her previously when I stayed. Just as thoughtful, personable put customer first mentality sweet person ever. A good representative for you Hotel. "The kitchen was well stocked with essential utensils. The fridge is amazing - large, with ice maker. We enjoyed the open flow of the dining/lounge/living room area. We even had space to open a folding table to do a jigsaw puzzle. The beds are comfortable and rooms nicely decorated. Bathrooms are upstairs and down, so very convenient. We will be back! "
