"Our stay was great for the budget price . Bed was comfortable , loved the old tile in restrooms but shower had low water pressure, we managed though .Loved the coffee shop next door, also gives a discount for staying with Embassy. No fridge, microwave, or A/C which would have been helpful this trip, but with the window opened fresh air cooled the room down. Also at check In front desk was not very welcoming or knowledgeable but check out was an ease and staff was great. Do need to pay for parking, paid $60 for two days, is gated and had no worries about our car. We could see it from our room. Overall a good hotel. Location wise ok homeless are around but entrance was clear of them. Food and Store right next door also, very convenient."

"Overall pretty good experience here. The room was clean and overall pretty nice. Ammenity-wise the hotel didn't have ton to offer (or the staff didn't mention it, anyway), but the attached restaurant was good. The elevator was maybe the smallest passenger elevator I've ever been on- 3 of us without any bags or suitcases couldn't stand in it without rubbing elbows. They could also benefit from security that some of the other hotels have- there was no one manning the door and no swipe access needed to get upstairs via stairs or elevators."

"I would say this was pretty much as advertised, and a good value for a place to stay with easy access to the Bill Graham auditorium for a show. I would stay there again. That part of town is undeniably sketchy, certainly not the fault of the hotel, should know that before you reserve. Nobody bothered me and the walk to the Civic Center was fine."
