“Great place. Jim and Matt top notch Inn keepers”

“The children loved visiting with the farm animals upon arrival and before we left”

“Great Property! Location was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from it all.”

“Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! Thank you to our host Chris for the timely responses, we had a perfect 4 day adventure!”

“1. Large heap of trash at front side of entrance.2. Apartment was 84f most of stay. 3. Cob website from bedroom ceiling and dirty dusty fans. 4. Not enough towels for multiple day stay 5. Coffee machine did not work.6. Roach bug in living room. 7. Bed skirt on daybed ripped.8. Clock on walk had dead battery 9. Walkway steps steep and dangerous!10. Was not elder or handicapped friendly. 11. Took photos of all as proof of complaints. Willing to share with you.”

“The property and house exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and well stocked. The property was very well maintained and majestic. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful. The kids loved the property and were able to explore and adventure. We were lucky enough to see a variety of beautiful wildlife. We will definitely be going back to create even more memories.”

“The property is secluded and beautiful. The hosts are extremely responsive; I never waited more than an hour to hear back from them. The inside of the cabin was spotlessly clean, cool (we were there during the hottest week in July) and everything we needed was available. The scenery is breathtaking; this is the ideal cabin getaway!”

“Very beautiful spot and a beautiful Home”

“Beautiful stay, would stay here again. Make sure you get the entrance code before you get into the mountains. There is no phone service anywhere up here (which is nice). The owner was very nice and got us into the house because I didn't get the code first. Plenty of wildlife to observe off the balcony with the best view.”

“Clean with all necessary amenities. The inside was gorgeous. Outside a little shabby but we didn’t mind a bit.”

“great place we will definitely be back in the future”

“Great spot for the whole family! We made awesome family memories around the fire and swimming by the nearby river. We had plenty of deer visits on the property. Lots of good hiking around the area. The house is well equipped for kids of all ages. Plenty of bathrooms and a fantastic kitchen setup. We really had an incredible week and hope to come back!”

“What a great rental in a MAGICAL place! The house was spotless, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook for our hungry crew. The kayaks and tubes for floating down the river were a fantastic benefit! We saw eagles and elk on walks from the house. We hope we’ll have the chance to come back!”

“We were thrilled as soon as we walked through the door. The property is immaculate. Interior is very new and updated. We have traveled a lot and it is the first time we have stayed somewhere that we would want to revisit regardless of any other lodging options. It is the first place we have felt comfortable and right at home. It is the first lodging where I was comfortable walking on the floors without shoes or slippers. It was as clean, if not cleaner than our home. No dust bunnies……

“This is a beautiful place to stay! Its quiet, and a lot of wildlife to see. We saw an elk, deer, painted turtle, some trout in the stream, and a grey fox(middle of the night) so many lightning bugs, and butterflies. This is a really nice, and relaxing property. We took walks, and saw maybe 4 people passing through on golf carts. The coffee bar was amazing, rooms are good, the bed we slept in was comfy. The owners really have a variety of games, if it happens to rain.”

“Charming home, owner is responsive for any issues and easy going, nature everywhere and beautiful landscape”

“Absolutely beautiful! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids were always occupied and there was wildlife in the yard every single day we were there. Great place to relax and enjoy your surroundings!”
