“Pool was great. Staff very helpful. Safe area and convenient to shopping.”

“The hotel did not charge a deposit to my credit card at check-in and allowed check-in after 3:00 p.m. The room was clean, and extra washcloths, towels, and tissues were provided upon request. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The side entrance did not work with the room key card after hours, which was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was comfortable, although it was smaller than expected. There was a slight delay when using the TV remote control. The refrigerator……

“Room was clean. AC wouldn't go below 68, which when it's over 100 degrees outside is a bummer, but it held it's temp okay. The toilet was LOUD after the flush for a solid 2 or 3 minutes. Food was good, staff was pleasant, valet attendees were top notch.”

“Disappointing. Small things. The workout room was hot. Trash cans where they needed one, not only in room. They do not clean rooms on a daily. No towels at swimming pool. On the Breakfast was good.”

“The hotel had a "come on" saying that I had to subscribe to Hilton Honors marketing program before I could access the wifi so my iPad was useless. The staff contradicted this, but it still wouldn't work”

“No amenities, no restaurant, no bar or bar options, pool not available(empty), ice machine not working, tub would fill up with water when having a shower, shower faucet was stiff and hard to operated. Extremely dated hotel. Cheap but too dated. Staff were polite but at check I was not asked how my stay was. Probably because they are used to getting rather brutal answers.”
