“To say I am very disappointed is an extreme understatement. My wife and I booked our stay with the Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana for our honeymoon in hopes of relaxation and enjoying a very casual dining experience at the as advertised food hall buffet they have in their listing. Upon arrival, we come to find this is not open and our only option is to have sit down dinners every night and have to dress up.
