“We absolutely loved our stay at Lopesan Serenity! It was the perfect place to relax, have fun, and disconnect from everyday life. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent with plenty of delicious options. This resort is ideal for both couples looking for a peaceful getaway and families wanting a fun vacation. There are multiple pools, great entertainment, and……

“Overall our experience was great. We were initially supposed to stay on the side where the sunclub members are and were told those rooms were booked out so we were booked on the other side and said we’d receive a voucher for a couple nights free. We’ll be waiting on that since our trip just ended and we’re hoping the resort actually does this. We weren’t told all of the benefits. The best part was probably the nightly shows, their entertainment team is very fun, Chocolate was honestly the best……

La comida no era la mejor pero estaba considerablemente buena. Si me preguntaran si volviera honestamente diría que no.”

“The staff was amazing and very friendly. Melvin and Alex at the swim up bar pool were great! Our butler Alberto checked on on daily and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. The front desk staff was great during check-in and check-out. We will be going back for another stay next year.”
