“The property was beautiful, and there were many amenities, places to eat. I was very disappointed in our concierge. I asked for a cake for my daughter‘s birthday the first night it didn’t come. I asked on the second night. He promised it would come. It didn’t come. My friend asked on the third day he had completely forgotten and it came on the fourth day. I asked for a Band-Aid for my daughter as her tow head blistered and was raw. He said he would bring it right to her and she never got it. we……

“The service and employees were amazing. Felix and Manuel were remarkable and always went above and beyond. Guests need to pay very close attention to the dress code for the onsite restaurants. My husband showed up to the Italian restaurant in some dress khaki shorts and a polo. He was told that he couldn’t be served because he wasn’t in pants. He had to go back up to the room and put jeans on. I would have considered his shorts more dressy than his jeans. We saw many men turned away that……
