“12 of us -- 3 generations -- enjoyed the house for a long weekend. The kids braved the pool, while the adults stuck to the hot tub (weather was cool). Trips to the pond and "barn," and a guest house for those of us who enjoyed quiet while the others whooped it up in the main house. Would definitely return for another Dallas-area stay. Host was exceptionally accommodating and helpful.”

“My family stayed at this house to attend a wedding nearby. The location was serene. The property itself is poorly maintained, with trash and tools strewn about the yard. The horses in adjacent pasture showed physical signs of neglect (one had a festering wound behind the ear, from a bridle that was ill fitted, put on wrong, and clearly left on the animal for far too long). The house itself was nice enough, and clean enough, but by no means spotless. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen……

“Booked this home for a 2 night stay but ended up canceling (no refund) because the description was incorrect. The listing states that we would have the entire home and only share with members of our party; however this is not the case. The owner lives in the home and all the common areas are shared. There were not locks on individual guest rooms and after booking the host disclosed that there was another guest who was staying an extra night so the bathroom would also have to be shared.
