“We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. We chose this location because we wanted something quiet and surrounded by nature, and it absolutely delivered. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable and very reasonably priced. Having the horses nearby……

“El hotel es muy cómodo y limpio, las habitaciones tienen una vista muy linda al mar, la playa es muy tranquila, solo si necesitas calzado acuático porque hay piedritas y podría ser incómodo. Sin duda regresaría…. La comida y las bebidas son muy buenas.”

“Rooms are large and have plenty of seating/relaxing area with great views from the balcony. Kitchen is has all items needed for cooking. Washer/dryer in unit. Location is 5-10 min walk downhill (with lower entry gate on the main road) to town and beach area. Uphill return walk takes longer. ”

“Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. Rooftop had a pool and bar where you could order snacks and drinks. Walking distance to the Malecon ”

“La experiencia en BON Hotel at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta fue en general positiva, especialmente en cuanto a las habitaciones y la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, muy bien equipadas y siempre se mantienen limpias; el servicio de camarista dos veces al día es un gran plus. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial, aunque en ocasiones falta claridad en la información sobre servicios e instalaciones. El complejo es muy grande, lo cual tiene ventajas y desventajas.……
