“Clean and home feeling ”

“This room is located in a motel-style cluster called “Green River Inn.” The room itself was clean, but there was a roach problem. We saw at least 10 in the 3 days we were there. The hot plate worked only sometimes (wouldn’t work if someone was in the shower or the temperature was over 400 degrees). Felt very much like the renovations were cheap. Overall, it did the trick as a cheap place to stay, but visitors should be informed of these things before booking. ”

“Everything was great ! the house was clean and bright, well decorated and had everything we needed. Easy to get to and a good 'base of operations' for access to the trails in the area, moab and canyonlands. Penny was quick to answer any questions and responded in minutes. Felt welcome and at home - will be back the next time we head out to moab and have already recommended the place to friends. ”

“Beautiful and peaceful property right on the river. Definitely the nicest rental I’ve stayed in. The host was extremely helpful and even went out of the way to help me when I made a mistake leaving an item.”

“Great home for our family reunion. Four stayed here and others came over for breakfast and dinners.That table was perfect and the kitchen provided everything we needed and the label helped with finding things.Nice quiet cul-de-sac and the large living room was big enough for us all to spend time catching up and telling stories. “We had a great stay. The place was nice enough. There were a few maintenance items that need to be taken care of, due to the age of the home. To paraphrase Stitch, It's a little broken, but still good. Yeah, still good.”
