"House was just as depicted online. Nice pool in a private well landscaped back yard. Plenty of beach chairs and towels to accommodate everyone in our party. Kitchen was well equipped. Short walk to the little town of Folly Beach as well as the beach. My favorite touch - toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. were provided to get you started! Hosts were very reachable to communicate with."

"This is an older beach cottage, right across the street from beach access. Great location, easy check in, clean and had plenty of towels and kitchen stuff to use. The furniture is tired and appliances are old, but everything worked."

"Very cute property. Very Clean and well maintained, we have stayed at many properties on FB and the Turtle Bay properties are our favorite. Most places look like they haven’t been updated since the 90’s and despite costing thousands for a week, most feel kind of run down. This property was great! My only complaint is that the pillows are awful. We forgot ours and luckily took some from my parents around the corner. If you can-bring some from home. Otherwise highly recommend!"

"The property is clean and comfortable. The back porch of the property is facing the mariner which was perfect for a glass of wine in the evenings to watch the boats and the sunset. The place is well equipped with all the necessities and the owners also threw in a few extras like scented candles and laundry detergent pods. The location is good. "The condo was spacious and in an ideal location. My travel partner and I loved how large the place was. The 3 bedroom layout is suitable for two couples and a few kids. The balcony overlooks an inlet, where we enjoyed seeing egrets fishing and the tide come in and out. The location is perfect- It's just before the bridge leading to Folly Island. This puts it within a half-mile (easy waking distance) to the beach but far enough away to not be kept up by the late night partiers. Be aware that this...

"It was very nice. Accommodated all of us. There were no extra Sheets for the pull out. But otherwise had everything we needed. We all enjoyed it very much, this is our 4th year in Folly. And love it"

"The unite was very nice and well stocked with towels and bedding. The only thing we found that needs attention was the air ducts need to be cleaned some had mold on them and the one in master bed room was not working. But over all a very nice stay will most definably use you again."

"My husband and I go to the beach every April and this unit has the most incredible ocean views we have personally ever experienced. Even though we arrived on a rainy day, we were able to sit on the large, covered porch and watch the waves. This view is glorious inside as well, visible from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The unit itself is large and well laid out, with a large functional full kitchen. It was well cleaned when we arrived and had everything that we personally needed....

"It was a wonderful ladies trip. Everything was as beautiful as noted. We had everything we needed for our stay there. The view was amazing the ocean the pier. Short walk to restaurants and Shop was awesome. Just a short drive to Charleston with wonderful things to do there beautiful city, love this place had all the room we need plenty of bedrooms bathrooms for six ladies could’ve had eight ladies.
