“Our stay couldn’t have been better! The property is located 1/2 block off the beach and access to the beach is extremely convenient and close! Parking was readily available despite possible shortages of spaces. My party had 3 adults (friends) and my original reservation with 2 doubles was intended to accommodate 4 adults but I upgraded my reservation to a larger room with 3 beds total. That was the best decision because although we are friends, sleeping in the same bed with another (unrelated)……

“Pool and property are lovely. Very nice common breakfast area Room was clean and great coffee amenities and towels. Could use more hooks for towels and clothing as closet and drawers limited for a 6 day stay Would go back for sure”

“Great beach access and helpful information on nearby restaurants was provided. We did leave behind “Fluffy” our puppy’s favorite stuffed animal. He is probably under the very comfortable bed.”

“The unit is a quiet tucked away room amongst what looks like an older motel that has been refurbished as individual updated units. The gardens were lovely and the place was clean. I was surprised how great the location was in terms of being able to walk 10 minutes to a beach and 20 minutes to the main downtown area of shops in Harwich Port. It’s important to read the amenities list as there is no kitchen (mini fridge and microwave included). Also the host does offer beach chairs and pool towels.……

“Everything was perfect with the unit except I was wishing it had a cooktop. We would go back when it’s warmer to enjoy the outside which looked charming.”
