“My family and I were originally booked to stay for 2 nights, but before checkout decided to stay one more night here, because this was the most cost effective, when considering other hotels and their beach proximity to Pier Park, as we were budgeting for this last minute trip, and wanted to make the most of it, however. I'm used to more elevated spaces. Though this hotel is perfect, and comfortable, for families and those traveling on a budget. I chose this hotel because I got a great rate,……

“Would’ve probably gave an 5 star …except we had to leave motel 9-3 well 5 for safety system check and wasn’t notified till 2 days before service n was told to plan around it …. Which was r last day there never been put out of an paid room before in many years of traveling from east to west north to south”

“The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.”

“I was traveling alone and really enjoyed the on-site dining and bar. I did not have to leave the property for anything. The staff was excellent, so kind and professional. The ocean views were wonderful and the pool area was very relaxing. I think it would be a great place for families with small children.”

“The website is outdated. This property looks nothing like the pictures. Your room provides two towels only, no washcloths. and a mini fridge is the only extra in the room. The TV didn’t even work. We could not figure out how to even check in and then once we were checked in, we could not locate staff members to get anything we needed or to ask questions. The rooms were not Terrible but a place to sleep is all it was.”

“We stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived the building had constitution fences around it. The elevators did not work the entire time we stayed. They were working to fix them. We also weren't able to get access to a key card for our room right away. Our room was very clean and pretty except for our floors. They were very dirty and felt like that had dirt on them. Our second day our shower water stopped working out of no where. I spoke to the staff and they had to turn the water off to connect a……
