“Property has no elevator. Given an upstairs room at first, had to ask for another room immediately, it stank of cigarettes. The hallways smelled really bad and rancid, there were people lighting up cigarettes in the hallway. They had air deodorizers plugged into every outlet in the hallway, guessing for the same reason. Their paperwork says it is a non smoking property and that smoking will be fined - clearly not enforced. I was informed the front desk is only manned till 8pm and that the front……

“Paid for the full price of the stay AND jumped through the ridiculous hoops they imposed on alternative websites (including sending photos of me and my ID + paying an additional security deposit) to be told I would receive "further instructions" on how to check in shortly (time: about 3 PM, check in time: 5 PM). “The place was spacious, clean, quiet , and conveniently located, near to supermarkets and public transport. We stay for Boston marathon 5 nigths so price was much higher than normal, this means that even it was a good place to stay , it was very expensive. We were 2 persons but it only has 1 chair, no sofa or any other place to sit. This was my only issue.”
