“When I booked the room, it stated that it had an outside pool, which was not available. They didn’t even have it remotely ready still had the cover on top. Breakfast was horrible. Didn’t have any choice. Didn’t want to restock or even clean the area and pretty much customer service was rude.”

“This was the 5th hotel in our travels through Virginia, and it was the only hotel we had some issues with. First, if you are not a smoker, make sure you request a non-smoking room.
