“Room was disgusting, open the closet door and it’s an old water bottle filled with pee from who knows how long ago. Sheets smelled dirty, bathroom was clean despite the walls near the bathtub falling apart. Staff was zero help and they will profile you. After telling them about the bottle of pee you would think it would be immediately removed and offer us to switch rooms. None of that happened it stayed in the room until we checked out. During the free breakfast the man working in the kitchen……
