"We had a wonderful time here! It was our first time in the area and we enjoyed going to the lake and the amenities the cabin had to offer. It allowed us to grill up dinner, spend time together outside with beautiful views, a place for the kids to safely run around, and adequate space inside for us to all spend time relaxing in the evening. We'd love to come back to make this an annual trip!"

"If ever I were to own a cabin, it would be of the design of this one. Rustic feel with solid and complete foundational amenities. Greats: cathedral ceiling/loft/windows, large porch, bbq, wood stove, no TV, solid internet, great shower and bathroom, firm and comfortable mattresses. Nit-picky cons: jacuzzi isn't really a traditional hot tub, 30 min drive to/from Ashland on a very winding (yet picturesque) road, check-out time of 10am with $35 fee to extend to noon. "Thank you for maintaining the cabin for visitors. We truly enjoyed the overall atmosphere, and our children especially loved the place — they’re already asking to come back! The outdoor hammocks were a big plus and added to the relaxing vibe. That said, we did notice a few areas that could use some attention: the shower curtain had some red mold, the toilet had a yellow ring in the water area, and some of the white cups had coffee stains. "This place exceeded expectations. Very clean, well maintained, and well built cabin with a loft and jacuzzi tub. The restaurant was closed, but the Hyatt was 8 minutes away, and was told by the helpful person there that the restaurant will open again soon.
