I did find the hotel bedding and pillows to be quite low quality, but it is a more budget hotel. Apparently there was a lot of young people staying from Cheerleader competition and there was a lot of them running around. I had to call reception at midnight to complain about the noise. Very disappointed that Novotel no longer provides free parking for guests but now charges £15 per night. It is cheaper to book directly through the parking company "Your Parking Space"."
