"The property design was incredible and the food unmatched. I stayed there for a conference and it was outstanding! However, there was one front desk who was extremely rude to myself and comes to find out other attendees at the conference. She always seemed too busy or too overwhelmed and her responses were not hospitable. I am a business owner and that type of behavior would not be allowed.
