"My family decided to do a weekend beach trip and were very happy with the home that Heather & Kevin provided for us. It was only about a 5 minute drive from the beach, included a parking permit for easy parking access, and provided the space we needed for myself, my wife, my sister, and our 2 adult children. Heather was very clear both in the post and her reminders that we needed to supply our own linens, which wasn’t an issue for us. The provided photos give a very accurate view of what to expect from the home. The only minor item of note that I didn’t remember hearing called out before we arrived is that they do have the cookware and dining items needed if you’re cooking there, but there weren’t salt/pepper/common seasonings available so you’d need to bring or purchase that yourself. Aside from that the space, communication, and amenities available were nothing short of perfect. We’d happily recommend the home for folks wanting to enjoy a vacation near Ocean Isle!"

"Perfect for our quick trip to the beach. A no frills older beach house that had everything we needed. Clean & quiet. It’s right next door to the Sugar Shack restaurant, across the street from the Merry Shed, a 5 minute walk to the grocery store & a coffee shop, but you wouldn’t know there is commerce all around unless you’re outside walking past. Minutes from Ocean Isle Beach & under 15 minutes to Sunset Beach. If you don’t need to spend thousands to be in a big beach front property, try this house. Just don’t expect a modern feel. It’s an older house near the beach. Perfect for us & our dog.Owner quickly communicated & responded to all our questions. We’d consider this house again."
