“Better then any room close great prices clean property”

“I enjoyed the Inn. Even though the first room I had smelled like mold, the 2nd room I was given was an upgrade. We did not receive the rooms we requested. We asked for rooms with 2 Queen beds but received King bed rooms.. Oh yes and then the breakfast in the morning my granddaughter found mold in one of the bagels she had picked up. It wasn't a variety of things to eat. It was just okay for the breakfast. The coffee at the front was also not good. I didn't try the coffee in the rooms. Also was……

“Shower was a bit if a mess the drain was pulled out. The people staying at the property slammed their room doors all night. Bed was comfortable. TV remote did not work. One nightstand light flickered. The breakfast was included but a bit bland wish they had yogurt and oatmeal. The staff was abrupt, or dull. Overall, just ok but not many places to stay in that area so would recommend for the location.”

“I knew this property was a low budget stay and it met my expectation of a single night's stay for a multi-day drive across the US. The room was clean. I arrived fairly late in the evening so the staff was into their family time. The check in was ok considering the late evening arrival time. Check out was a simple drop the key in a secure box. My stay was expected to be a check in, sleep, check out type stay.”

“I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation……

“Wonderful stop here in Orange TX. The hotel staff, Veronica and Lisa, were exceptional; very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, lots of space, and AC worked beautifully. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in town!”
