“The front desk staff is nice.”

“The room and breakfast was about average with the other hotels in the immediate area. The staff was very nice (especially the woman working the breakfast during the week.) We had issues with the elevator 3-4 times. Either we had to have the staff reset the elevator (they said it was old). Not very comforting. Also, our TV did not work. We could stream through You Tube or Netflix but not normal cable channels.”

“It is a small apartment but it was enough room for 3 people. It is away from the main hotel.”

“Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer……

“It's under construction so most of the hotel is not useable. The staff were great and the pool was ok.”

“We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.”

“One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. A hidden gem in Scottsdale.”

“Everything is good”

“Feel safe”

“The environment is beautiful.”

“Room came equipped with useful utensils; pots and dishes of the sort. Great experience overall.”
