We booked this property as it was listed with 3 bathrooms. One was completely used for storage, so we made the best of it. The grounds, pool, beach and staff were all great! We would stay again and any issue that came up, outside of the few small ants, was resolved. Thanks!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Jorge’s beautiful condo. The condo was comfortable and clean, the pool and beach were absolutely gorgeous, and we were 10 minutes by car to all of the restaurants and outdoor community in Pmaya del Carmen. We have traveled many times with our large family and all of our kids voted this as the best place we have ever amazing tacos check out Taquerios Che

Amazing grounds and location

Ideal settings for a family with kids of all ages. Gigantic pool and surrounding grounds are fantastic for youngsters. Adults can enjoy a beautiful beach with all water activities. The two restaurants on site are very good with a good diversity of dishes. We all had a blast.

Excellent VRBO

This VRBO is in a very safe, clean, and inclusive condo complex. The unit was very clean and spacious. The food at both restaurants was not expected and a huge surprise. Best part, the food was excellent. Our host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful and Quiet Penthouse

The view was amazing, and the home is very practical for a family of four with two children. This is a perfect place for relaxation (spa was incredible), and the spa will do room services by reservation. The host was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We will be back.

Loved the pool, restaurants, ocean, views... The condo needs to be upgraded. They need to be running dehumidifiers to remove the smells. The roof hot tub is in poor condition.

Perfect apartment for a beach getaway

The apartment was perfect for all of us, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. It was well equipped for a pleasant stay in family, the appliances are new. We loved the sea view and the private beach, the condo is very chilled and we could relax. Totally recommend to stay here and our host always was in communication with us to check if we needed something. Thank you very much! Would stay here again in the future.

Quiet Condo

We stayed in September & it was quiet & relaxing! The views were great & the pool was very inviting! It cost us about $20 or $350 pesos to get a cab into town. The condo was very clean & easy to access! Felt very safe with 2 security gates.

The Good and the Bad

The Good was the location, size and cleanliness of the property. Amazing value !!!! The Bad were 1- the kitchen faucet was clogged for a few days since the plumbers took over 48 hrs to show up. 2 - The sofa in the living room was falling apart to the point that we could not sit on it. 3 - Various knobs to bathroom doors were missing. Conclusion: The property is amazing but it needs a bit of TLC.

We loved this place. The resort and playa is amazing! Jorge was so helpful in many ways. We actually had an issue with the TV and reached to him. He has a repair man there the next day installing a bigger new tv. Excellent hospitality!

Amazing location and reasonably priced!

We stayed at Jorge’s apartment for 2 nights. Myself, my boyfriend, my teen daughter, and my boyfriend’s mom. There was plenty of room for all of us! Jorge was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet building inside of a gated community. Hint to guests: You will go through two gates - main gate and then one specific to the resorts within the main gate. Security will need the name of the property (Mareazul) and apartment number. They will ask you each time you go in and sometimes when leaving. We had a rental car and it was super easy going in and out and parking was ample within the property. There are beach towels and chairs provided. The beach does have lounge chairs for free as well. The pool and beach were FABULOUS! The food at the restaurant closer to the beach was better than the one by the pool. We made good use of the hammocks located in the middle of the pool as well.We were there in mid-April and the weather was PERFECTION! We slept with the sliding doors open (screen doors shut) and could hear the ocean! No bugs, no humidity, no crazy noise. It was lovely!Since we had a car, I can’t speak to whether taxi’s come into the property (I assume they do). But we were a short ride to the really cute part of Fifth Avenue. We also stopped at a small spot not far from the property called La Bendeción de Dios. Little corner stall with fresh tacos and other food. We ate and stuffed ourselves - 4 ppl for USD 31!Would def come stay again!

We absolutely loved this apartment!!! Wonderful stay!

It was really lovely to go to this apartment, it has a very good setup. Very comfortable beds, nice Lacoste sheets, well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary, 70-75 inch smart TV in the main living room, and the internet works super fast. Everything seems in very good condition. We enjoyed the restaurants on-site and the convenience store in the reception is a big plus. We wish we could have stayed more because the views from the balcony are absolutely amazing!!!

This apartment was truly breathtaking. It has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. I have never seen a bigger pool, we spend our family vacation in the sunbeds by the pool and the beach. Excellent quality in the restaurants on-site. Privacy is a must for our vacation so this apartment was perfect. The internet works like a charm. One of yhe few places in Playa Del Carmen that offers fiber optic speed. Would definitely recommend!! Host is responsive and attentive. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

loved access to pool and beach was wonderful and close to in house restaurant. Used the workout facility also. all very quiet and security guards very friendly. took taxi to grocery store and that was interesting and worked out fine. I understand the cooktop is being replaced - we used the portable cooktop fine. and bought water from the convenience store at the complex entrance. thanks
