"This condo is within walking distance to Broadway and decent dining (main reason why it was booked). Check in was easy and parking in the resident garage was convenient. Knew there was a train close by, you can really hear it at night. Just know that going into it. Everything was great in the condo with the exception of the living room furniture, it is so uncomfortable which is why I gave the overall rating of 4 stars."

"Knowing nothing about the Gulch area before arriving, we couldn't believe how nice it was. Everything is pretty, there's great spots to eat and drink, and it was totally safe to walk to Broadway day or night (we were two couples). The wives loved lounding at the pool. "Great location. Nice, clean space. Only a couple of negatives-need to put on the website that full size SUV’s and trucks will NOT fit in the garages. Also, these units have lots of staircases and are not only not handicapped accessible, they are not good for older people or those with any physical disability because there are not elevators."

"The good: Very good accommodations and Amanda is very responsive. Great for walking to downtown or the Parthenon. Loads of good restaurants. The OK: Check In is a little complicated but navigable. The younger crowd dominate the area and building and the long corridors add to feeling you are in college dorm. "The property was very nice and easy to get to. The check in instructions were easy to follow. The traffic noise is very loud at night, even with the noise machine. The beds were ok, the sheets were kind of scratchy. The floor was dirty if you were walking barefoot. The bathroom needs more towel bars or hooks to hold towels.
