“An excellent property, very pet, friendly, and a hot tub to boot.”

“This property was pet friendly and easily accessible. The staff were very nice and answered my questions. Our room had a large stain on the floor and they noted that in my staylog so I wouldn’t be charged for it”

“During the week in Bristol, there is virtually nothing going on except for the next door Birthplace of Country Music Museum and a few bars and maybe some restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nicely appointed. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows ever!! Only room complaint is the distance of the wall lamps next to the bed. The rooftop bar is nice, but drinks are less than exciting. Restaurant not worth the time.”

“Staff was nice. Room was not clean but looks like sheets were ok. Door hinges were solid rust and had to push it closed. Entry switch turned on no lights and lights beside bed did not work (tried every combination with the wall switch). There was a Wendy’s drink in the freezer (would have preferred complimentary wine). There was something splattered on bathroom door. Top of refrigerator was filthy. Honestly, was afraid to touch anything. 216 FYI. ”

“I very rarely leave a less than stellar review when I am traveling but I was not impressed by this hotel or its staff. Apparently they checked me in to the wrong room. We checked in after 10pm so the moment we got in to the room we showered, brushed teeth and climbed in to bed. The front desk called up and told is we were in the wrong room and acted like it was my issue to solve. They also expected us to pack up our stuff and change rooms to the correct one. Not only was that a huge……

“Room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Smaller room but very nice. Dinner and bourbon bar was very good with nice selection. Comes with free breakfast which is home made eggs bacon and biscuits and gravy and a few sides. Way better than the same usual hotel breakfast. Staff was amazing with the personal keys to the castle feel ”

“The first room we were given was filthy from the beds to the floor. The beds had soiled linens on both! From top to bottom. The carpet was disgusting and had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over. Including a whole cookie inside ( in visible sight) the air conditioning unit.The clerk that checked us in was Awesome! And did indeed take pictures so that housekeeping / management could be informed. However she did infact try to make excuses for some of the bedding. Frankly if I had not……
