“Upon afternoon arrival, was greeted by sweet young girl (short dark hair) who was extremely friendly & accommodating. Definitely an asset to the resort as were several other service staff members I encountered for assistance. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the mgr (older woman), who worked morning shift. She lacked professionlism in customer service & came across as being inconvenienced when I asked for assistance regarding rm accommodations. Pitfalls: Not handicap accessible,……

“Great ocean front property. Park, check in and hit the beach. The beach is a few feet away from your car so no lugging heavy beach necessities, coolers or chairs, for long distances. The beach view from the outdoor balcony was great and you see, and hear the waves crashing all day and night. Room was clean with microwave and fridge. They have an outdoor shower and elevator and the staff was very nice. Only issue, the shower head in the room needs to be replaced. It had little water coming out……

“First time in years that I've stayed here. Used to stay a few times a year. I know they've redone a lot of the rooms but this one definitely was not. Broken bathroom vent and shower knob, beat up old air conditioner. Uncomfortable bed and room wasn't the cleanest. Absolutely not worth the money they charge to stay for a night, aside from it being right on the beach”
