“The room itself is fine, but the cleanliness is unacceptable. Please improve the hygiene; there was feces on the toilet seat.”

“We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Marina Inn. It’s a cute and newly renovated hotel with a very convenient location. It’s very clean, interior is tastefully decorated and staff is amazing. The breakfast is continental but a bit more variety than expected. We also enjoyed the cookie jar with fresh chocolate chip cookies available all day as well as coffee in the kitchen/reception area. Special thanks to Samantha at the front desk for being very friendly and kind. ”

“The room was in very ill-repair. It small, much smaller than the pictures led you to believe, the wall had hole that were repaired and never painted, there were cobwebs in the bathroom, the A/C was a window unit that was installed in the wall with a very poorly constructed frame around it that looked like whoever did it was blindfolded. The balcony was filthy. I feel I was over charged for the room. You have a one hour problem free window to get checked in, there is no staff anywhere on the……
